Description The Project Manager is responsible for the ongoing implementation of Facility Improvement Measures and the overall success of the projects by implementing systems, processes, and procedures. The Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations and will manage and support Energy Service Agreements (ESA) and Professional Services Agreements (PSA) primarily in the K-12 and municipal environment. This may also include design-build at-risk agreements. This position will collaborate with all project stakeholders to drive efficiency, production, and create effective construction management plans. Project Managers are accountable for managing projects within clearly defined budgets and schedules and are accountable for the quality and safety of the construction. The primary responsibilities of a Project Manager is to deliver a project on time, on-budget, resulting in a satisfied customer that may use SitelogIQ as a future project reference. Project Manager Responsibilities Review project estimates and preliminary designs to establish time frame/schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of a project Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Coordinate activities of your project to ensure it progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget Review status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate schedules or plans as required Maintains vendor and subcontractor relationships. Coordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems Serve as the primary liaison for Sales Team, Project Engineers, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and SIQ Management regarding project related items Work with Site Supervisor to establish project safety plans and goals Coordinate and document quotes and proposals with vendors. Procure equipment for projects and work with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate timely deliveries of equipment. Obtain, review, and approve subcontractor scopes of work and quotes. Work with internal team members to have contracts written and executed. Assist in equipment selection and manage the procurement. Assist and coordinate with the design team to maintain the budget and scope of work of the project. Work with management on monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billing, and collections. Utilize the financial system for forecasting, revenue projections, and monthly billings. Assist in AR collections Coordinate several contracts of varying sizes while maintaining customer expectations and working effectively and efficiently Coordinates project activities with government regulatory agencies as needed (Occupancy) Stay actively engaged in learning activities. Participate in construction-related associations and industry events to learn, develop, and educate team members Coordinate with internal operations team and external partners to provide consistent customer service and to provide feedback supporting continuous improvement of the program Prepares project reports for Management, clients, or others Project Manager Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in project management within building construction and renovation Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
